Depending on your location, we offer different payment options. In this article, we will lay it all out for you and portray the differences, payment fees and expected duration for your payment.
Payout-Information
Entering your correct data is crucial for the withdrawal process. By entering the correct data, you will prevent your account from becoming unpayable. You can be asked for an Identification Document upload at any time, when our system detects special or strange personal information. If you can not provide such document, you will become unpayable.
We also need some time to check your payouts and to send them on their way. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer real-time wire transfers at this time. For internal quality assurance and security, the payouts are checked individually and released after the days to be seen on top.
Our payouts are 100% reliable and your personal data is secured according to GDPR standards.

The processing time applies to working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please keep this in mind for your next withdrawal.
Please be aware that there will be an FX fee of 3% applied if you’re not withdrawing in USD. We recommend you withdraw in USD even if your local currency is different. Your bank will also charge you an exchange fee, but it is usually less than 3%.
Also you see a timer in your payout dashboard. It shows the time until we will approve the payment. Sometimes the timer can run off and your payment status shows “pending“. But usually there is nothing wrong with your payment. We just need a little more time to process it. It can have various reasons. For example, if a lot payments run of on specific dates.

Pending
Your payment wasn’t reviewed by the Linkvertise Team yet. It will happen soon.
On the way
Your payment was processed now and we just send it out. Now it will be there within the next hours or days. That depends on your payment method. Usually it will be in your bank account within 1 to 24 hours.
Successful
Your payment was paid successfully. The payment should be in your bank account. Sometimes there might be a delay of around 24h between our dashboard and the actual visibility of the money in your Paypal Account, bank account … If it’s still not there, please contact our Support.
Cancelled
Your payment was cancelled and could not be transferred successfully. It can have multiple reasons. For example you missed to provide the documents for an identity check.

What if my payment failed?
If a payment fails, the withdrawal request will be canceled and you will receive the balance back. You then have the option to choose a different payment method or to fix the errors in your PayPal account and try again.
