My credentials are wrong and I can’t log in
Can’t log in into your Premium account and the error message is suggesting to check your credentials?
This means, your email and entered password do not match. The reasons can vary, for example:
Email is spelled wrong
Make sure there are no spelling mistakes entering your email. Also, check if the email provider is valid.
Spoiler alert: There is no email provider ending with .con instead of .com.
You haven’t entered the email you registered with
You need to enter the correct email address, meaning the mail you have registered with. In case you are unsure which email you have used, send us an email to premium@linkvertise.com and we’ll figure it out together.
Password is spelled wrong
Double check if necessary that you enter the correct password matching your account. Caps activated? Maybe a capital Letter instead? Sometimes, it’s the details that make the difference.
In case you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forget password” option to reset your password. Just follow the instructions and after choosing your new password, go back and try to log in again.
I am sure my credentials are correct, but I can’t log in
Potential reason #1 - Account creation failed
From time to time, a registration - although seemingly successful - can fail and therefore, the account creation can’t be technically completed. As a result, an error message will show up saying “Account does not exist”. It is a very rare case, but it happens. You can try to create an account again. You don’t have to worry about a potential second charging attempt as due to the technical error, no account was created that could be charged. Basically, if an account creation failed, it failed completely and no charges will be made.
Potential reason #2 - Initial Payment failed
When creating your account, the payment will be triggered. However, if your bank declines the payment or we won’t be able to charge the payment due to insufficient funds, our system doesn’t recognize your account. In this case, you will see the “Invalid credetntials” message again.
You can check your bank account to make sure the payment can go through. If necessary, please contact your bank in order to release the payment.
