Wow, how poetic. But seriously, wherever there is something to achieve, you can count on the fact that someone will use fraudulent methods to achieve it. From our own experience, we can confirm.

On Linkvertise, we don’t tolerate any form of fraudulent behavior, may it be click fraud or other ways of betraying our system in order to increase the revenue or untrue information regarding identity or payment information.

We have sensitive and real-time detection systems (that are really expensive) in place to prevent any sort of fraud attempts.

Also, by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you accept and confirm that using such products and services are for the creator’s own usage and not to be shared, redistributed or resold for external use to and for external third parties. Moreover, you warrant to comply with all agreements and legal requirements of the platform and accept our guidelines.

What kind of Fraud this policy covers

Don’t try to betray the system in a way that fits or that leads to any of the descriptions below (but also in general, of course):

Click Fraud

In case you don’t have a community that clicks your links, you might get the idea of botting clicks in order to maximize your income. All attempts of botting clicks are illegal and will lead to a immediate suspension of the account. We will withhold any pending payments that have been generated by fraudulent behavior.

Also, self clicks count towards potential click fraud and will be monitored and sanctioned.

Affiliate fraud, meaning using affiliate members to commit a fraudulent offense listed above, are also not allowed. Follow-for-follow, click-4-click or human click farms are nothing we want to see on our platform.

 

Spam and deceptive practices

Linkvertise doesn’t allow spam, scams, or other deceptive practices that take advantage of the community. We define spam as content that is excessively posted, repetitive, or untargeted.

Creating links without the target that is described and advertised is also a violating offense especially by using the title, thumbnails, description to trick users into believing the content is something it is not.

What this policy means to you

As a creator

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any fraudulent behavior, because it endangers the integrity of the Linkvertise community, other creators and partners.

Any violation will lead to an immediate suspension of the creator account and will result in the end of any business relationship with Linkvertise. We reserve the right to stop any pending payments and withhold the revenue potentially generated with fraud. Also, any attempt of frauding will lead to a suspension of your creator account.

Also, we will report misuse of the platform to authorities if necessary.
